These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aitg.com.my (the "Site") and the services offered by AITG Sdn Bhd (Ai Teragrid Sdn Bhd) ("AITG", "we", "our"). By accessing the Site or engaging our services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About AITG

AITG Sdn Bhd (Ai Teragrid Sdn Bhd) is a Malaysian private limited company headquartered in Penang. Our products include the AI Teragrid Platform and Teragrid Agent, alongside professional services in smart city architecture and enterprise automation.

2. Use of the Site

You may use aitg.com.my for lawful informational and commercial enquiry purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that breaches Malaysian law or any other applicable jurisdiction's law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its underlying systems.
• Use automated scraping, crawling, or extraction methods that materially degrade the Site for other users.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.
• Use the Site to transmit malware or content that infringes the rights of others.

We welcome AI answer-engine crawlers (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini) indexing public pages for citation purposes — this is consistent with our published GEO posture.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on aitg.com.my — including text, graphics, logos, code, schema, and the names "AITG", "Ai Teragrid", "AI Teragrid Platform", and "Teragrid Agent" — is the intellectual property of AITG or its licensors and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright and trademark law. You may quote excerpts with attribution to aitg.com.my, but you may not reproduce the Site as a whole, or any substantial portion, without our written consent.

4. Engagements & Services

Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to provide services. Any engagement we accept is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties (a "Statement of Work", "Master Services Agreement", or equivalent), which will take precedence over these Terms in the event of conflict.

Estimates, timelines, and indicative pricing communicated via the Site or via initial scoping conversations are non-binding until incorporated into a signed engagement document.

5. Confidentiality

Information exchanged during scoping conversations is treated as confidential by default. We do not share client identities, system landscapes, or scope details with third parties without explicit written consent. The same standard applies to information you share about your organisation during early enquiry.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, AITG disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Termination

We may, at our discretion, restrict or terminate your access to the Site if we reasonably believe you are in breach of these Terms or applicable law. Provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, subject to any mandatory dispute-resolution clauses contained in a signed engagement document.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be signalled by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
